Specificity & Comments

Myostatin is a well-characterized negative regulator of skeletal muscle and can inhibit myogenesis and stimulate adipogenesis. Clone Myo 2/1A has been shown to have the reverse effect, up- regulate myogenesis and down- regulate adipogenesis.
