Products must not be returned without prior authorization by NeoBiotechnologies. Products returned without an authorization will be sent back to the sender.
Products shipped or invoiced in error by NeoBiotechnologies may be returned for an exchange, refund, or credit. Products ordered in error by customers and reported to the Company within 5 days of receipt may be returned for credit and subject to a 25% restocking fee per item. Return freight is paid by the customers.
NeoBiotechnologies will generally fulfill orders on the same day as they are received, provided products are in stock and there are no unusual circumstances. Customers will be notified if there are any delays in order shipments or catalog items are not available.
Domestic orders for catalog items in stock received Monday through Thursday before 1 pm (PST) will be shipped the same day for delivery the following day. Orders placed after 1 pm (PST) will be shipped on the next business day.
International orders for catalog items in stock received before 1 pm (PST) will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1 pm (PST) will ship on the next business day. Please inquire with the Customer Service for shipping time and charges.
Unless otherwise specified, shipping and handling charges are prepaid and added, F.O.B. origin NeoBiotechnologies, Union City, CA. Company will use the most economical shipping service and will add the shipping and handling charges to the invoice. Customers may request the use of a different shipping service with direct billing, in which case NeoBiotechnologies will not add any charges to the order invoice.
In case of incomplete, missing, or damaged shipments, customers must notify NeoBiotechnologies as soon as possible, preferably within five business days or less. For damaged shipments, customers should retain all packaging materials and shipping labels so NeoBiotechnologies can assist in filing a claim with the shipping service and to obtain possible reimbursement.
