Specificity & Comments

Follicle-stimulating hormone receptor (FSHR) is a 695 amino acid G protein coupled receptor. FSH binds to the receptor in a hand-clasp fashion via its a condition characterized by the presence of multiple serous and hemorrhagic follicular cysts lined by luteinized cells.

Known Applications & Suggested Dilutions

Flow Cytometry (0.5-1ug/million cells)
Immunofluorescence (1-2ug/ml)
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin-fixed) (1-2ug/ml for 30 minutes at RT)
(Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM Tris with 1mM EDTA, pH 9.0, or 10mM Citrate buffer, pH6.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes)
Optimal dilution for a specific application should be determined.
