Antibody Warranty Guarantee

NeoBiotechnologies supports the performance of its antibody products when they are used as directed and under the conditions described in the applicable product documentation.

If you believe an antibody is not performing as expected, please contact our technical team. We may ask for supporting information such as the catalog number, lot number, protocol used, experimental conditions, and relevant data so we can review the issue properly.

When a claim is accepted, NeoBiotechnologies may provide a replacement product, account credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances. Any remedy provided will be limited to the value of the antibody involved.

Claims should be submitted within 12 months of delivery or before the stated expiration date, whichever occurs first. This guarantee applies only to the original purchaser.

Coverage does not apply when problems result from improper storage, handling, transport, contamination, unauthorized modification, use outside recommended conditions, unsuitable experimental methods, or failure to follow standard laboratory practices.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their intended research use and for meeting any validation, safety, or regulatory requirements that apply to their work.

NeoBiotechnologies is not responsible for losses that arise indirectly from the use, failure, or unavailability of an antibody, including loss of data, research delays, lost revenue, or related business costs. Where permitted by law, total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product connected to the claim.

NeoBiotechnologies may revise this guarantee, update covered products, or change these terms when necessary.
